欢迎使用 PUTEE（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用是一款通过蓝牙连接并控制香薰 / 雾化设备的工具类应用。我们非常重视您的隐私，本隐私政策旨在说明本应用如何处理与您相关的信息。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读并充分理解本政策。
零上传承诺
本应用绝不会将您的任何数据或内容上传到任何服务器。您的全部数据始终只保存在您的手机本地。
本应用不设置账号体系，不收集您的个人身份信息，不申请、不使用定位权限，您的设备配置数据仅保存在您本机，不会被上传到任何服务器。
1 我们处理的信息
为实现蓝牙设备控制功能，本应用会在您使用相应功能时处理以下信息。这些信息全部仅在您的手机本地处理与保存，不会上传到任何服务器：
- 蓝牙设备信息：在扫描和连接设备时，处理周边蓝牙设备的名称、信号、设备标识等，用于发现并连接您的香薰 / 雾化设备。
- 设备控制与状态数据：开关机指令、运行档位 / 浓度、定时任务配置、设备名称、电量、固件版本、型号等，仅用于在本应用与您的硬件设备之间传递控制信息。
- 应用本地设置：您保存的设备列表、定时配置和应用偏好设置，仅存储在您的设备本地存储中。
2 网络与固件更新（OTA）
本应用使用网络连接，仅用于检测并从固件服务器下载设备的固件升级包（OTA）。这是本应用唯一的联网行为，且为单向下载。
在固件更新过程中，本应用只会从服务器获取固件版本信息与固件文件，并在本地完成 MD5 完整性校验后升级到您的硬件设备。整个过程中，本应用绝不会向服务器上传您的任何个人信息、设备数据或使用记录——数据只会"下来"，不会"上去"。
3 我们如何使用信息
- 发现、连接并控制您的蓝牙香薰 / 雾化设备；
- 读取并展示设备状态（如电量、运行状态、固件版本）；
- 保存您配置的定时任务与设备列表，便于下次使用；
- 为您的设备提供固件升级服务。
4 信息共享与披露
我们不会出售、出租或交易您的任何信息。由于本应用不收集个人身份信息、不上传任何数据、所有数据均保存在本地，我们没有、也无法主动向任何第三方共享您的数据。仅在法律法规明确要求的情况下，我们才会依法配合提供必要信息。
5 数据存储与安全
您的设备列表、定时配置等数据均保存在您手机的本地存储中，不存在于我们的任何服务器上。当您卸载本应用或在系统中清除应用数据时，这些本地数据将被一并删除。我们采取合理的技术措施保护信息安全，但请理解互联网环境下没有绝对安全的传输或存储方式。
6 应用权限说明
本应用仅向系统申请以下权限，均仅在实现对应功能时使用：
- 蓝牙（扫描 / 连接）：发现并连接、控制您的香薰 / 雾化设备。
- 网络：仅用于固件升级（OTA）下载（详见第 2 条），不上传任何数据。
本应用不申请定位权限，也不会收集您的地理位置信息。对于上述以外可能在特定功能（如分享、保存图片）中临时请求的权限，仅在您主动使用相关功能时才会请求，本应用不会在后台静默调用。
7 第三方服务
本应用使用云存储服务（阿里云 OSS）托管固件升级包文件，仅用于下载固件，不涉及您的个人信息，也不会向其上传任何内容。除此之外，本应用未集成第三方广告或数据分析 SDK。
8 儿童隐私
本应用并非面向儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。如您认为相关人员在未经监护人同意的情况下使用了本应用，请通过下方邮箱与我们联系。
9 本政策的更新
我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后将在本页面公布并更新"最近更新"日期。重大变更我们会以适当方式提示。您在更新后继续使用本应用，即表示您接受修订后的政策。

Privacy Policy

Welcome to PUTEE (the "App"). The App is a utility that connects to and controls aroma / mist devices over Bluetooth. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information related to you. Please read and understand it fully before using the App.
Zero-Upload Pledge
The App never uploads any of your data or content to any server. All of your data always stays only on your phone.
The App has no account system, does not collect your personal identity information, does not request or use the location permission, and keeps your device configuration data only on your phone — it is never uploaded to any server.
1 Information We Process
To provide Bluetooth device control, the App processes the following information only when you use the related features. All of it is processed and stored solely on your phone and is never uploaded to any server:
- Bluetooth device information: when scanning and connecting, the App processes nearby Bluetooth device names, signal and identifiers in order to discover and connect to your aroma / mist device.
- Device control & status data: power on/off commands, operating level / intensity, timer settings, device name, battery, firmware version and model — used solely to exchange control information between the App and your hardware.
- Local app settings: the device list, timer configurations and preferences you save are stored only in your device's local storage.
2 Network & Firmware Updates (OTA)
The App uses a network connection only to check for and download device firmware updates (OTA) from the firmware server. This is the App's only network activity, and it is a one-way download.
During a firmware update the App only retrieves firmware version information and firmware files from the server, verifies file integrity (MD5) locally, and then updates your hardware. Throughout this process the App never uploads any of your personal information, device data or usage records to the server — data only comes "down", never goes "up".
3 How We Use Information
- Discover, connect to and control your Bluetooth aroma / mist device;
- Read and display device status (e.g. battery, running state, firmware version);
- Save your timer settings and device list for future use;
- Provide firmware update services for your device.
4 Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade any of your information. Because the App does not collect personal identity information, uploads no data, and keeps everything locally, we do not — and cannot — proactively share your data with any third party. We will only provide necessary information where explicitly required by law.
5 Data Storage & Security
Your device list, timer settings and similar data are stored in your phone's local storage and do not exist on any of our servers. When you uninstall the App or clear its data in the system settings, this local data is removed as well. We take reasonable technical measures to protect information, but please understand that no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is absolutely secure.
6 App Permissions
The App requests only the following permissions, each used only to provide the corresponding feature:
- Bluetooth (scan / connect): to discover, connect to and control your aroma / mist device.
- Network: only for firmware update (OTA) downloads (see Section 2); no data is uploaded.
The App does not request the location permission and does not collect your geographic location. Any other permission that may be requested for a specific feature (such as sharing or saving an image) is requested only when you actively use that feature; the App does not invoke it silently in the background.
7 Third-Party Services
The App uses a cloud storage service (Alibaba Cloud OSS) to host firmware update files, used only for downloading firmware, involving none of your personal information and never uploading any content to it. Apart from this, the App integrates no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
8 Children's Privacy
The App is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe someone has used the App without guardian consent, please contact us at the email below.
9 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We will notify you of material changes by appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
